Hey guys autocross is this weekend (October 1st & 2nd) if any of you want to come this Saturday &/or Sunday at Buckingham Airfield, Ft.Myers, FLorida. starting around 0800 till 1500.

Setting up your car / equipment to bring
Remove everything from your car including floor mats
check oil and other levels
make sure wheel nuts are all secure.
Tire pressure 38-40 PSI
Bring chalk to mark the tires (not essential)
Helmet (loaners available)
car numbers (you can get them when you arrive)
Take tape to attach numbers to the car (painters tape works well)
Extra food and water there is a BBQ but you may want a snack
Sunscreen / Hat
Cash $20 Saturday and $30 Sunday

I have the Phantom Blue Rx8 with the body kit.
We usually have 2-4 Rx8's and 50-80 cars total.

Saturday - lots of seat time with a drivers school in the morning 9 - 20 runs on 1/2 mile course
Sunday - Race day with 5 or 6 runs on a 1 mile course

The next even is the Florida State Championships it is going to be held 12th T&T and 13th Competition day. If you want to go you need to register before 1st November, you will get a T-shirt and a chance at a trophy. You can still attend if you do not register in time but you will not get a T-shirt and if you are not in an existing class you can not win a trophy.
Cost is $20 on Saturday for Test and Tune (not compulsory)
$50 on Sunday for race day food provided both days and trophies for each class.

Would be great to see a few more Rx8 there there were 2 regulars (the other car was written off this month) and then about half a dozen other Rx8's that come from time to time. There should be about 100 cars turn up so it will be a great day out.
