Where do you get your gas?
I just wanted to know where you guys are feeding your '8s around here; Shell, 66, QT, BP,..., other? Do you have preferences one over another at all? I have become partial to QuikTrip for a while now for some inexplicable reason; anything particularly good/bad about their gas? Also, the highest I've seen around here is 91 octane, however I think I recall getting gas at a 66 once in Hazelwood, MO that was either 92 or 93 octane. Are there certain gas stations that consistently have higher than 91 octane?

I usually go to Shell. I used to go to QT however they swithed their premium gas from 93 to 91 around the time last year when gas prices were going crazy. My guess is that they could sell it for a little bit less. I just don't put anything less than 93 in my ride. Occasionally when I go home (Philly) I go to Sunoco and fill it with 100, even though it costs a mint.
The following I believe have 93 octaine = BP, Shell, Exxon, Mobil, and 66.

I agree with kellybrf as well. Shell vPower gave me better fuel economy and possibly a better burn than other gases. The same goes for their regular 87 octane gasoline for piston engines. I used to use Chevron, but there was a noticeable difference for the better with Shell.

I usually hit the 66 by my house which has 93 octane. But if I happen to be filling up on a Tuesday, I make sure to hit the local Shell for they have a $.06 per gallon discount on vpower on that given day every week.
Not sure if anyone else was aware of that. The two stations' gas seems to perform equally, so whichever is less expensive is the next benefit.
