So I pulled into the movie theatre tonight and noticed that there was an 8 sitting all alone, the first thing that I noticed was the intercooler in the front. I sat and examined it a little bit and was pretty impressed. So anyways I believe it was a gunmetal and had wheels and the lifted spoiler. He was rocking the rx-8club liscense frame So im just checkin if he is on here and if i can get a ride sometime cause i was thinking about getting a greddy and want to know what it will feel like when its done.

Thats tight though, glad somebody else had the same thoughts that I did. I knew there were some 8's around here but I didn't know if many of them were on the forum. We deff need to get something together sometime. I am actually from Lincoln and was in Omaha just for a day off and to get out of town and drive around for a bit. We need to plan something sometime and get to know each other and what not. Husker it was nice to know that you were looking into mine as I was into yours. The only thing that I was sad to notice missing were the gauges.....coming sometime soon? I couldn't say anything else about your 8 other then it was CLEAN I liked everything about it. Noticed the clear corners and the fins also, im jealous of your fins by the way. Anyways not to bore anybody with a long post but lets get together and make an effort to show off what the MW has to offer. I just have to know a little bit in advance to get the day off from work granted I work for the state.


....Back to my original question Husker can I get a ride sometime to see if the tubo is somthing that I want to get into?

(My RB midpipe comes in tomarrow and Im more then excited for it)

Oh and dEEp I just saw that you were in from Lincoln.....I dont believe that I have seen you out.....You should hit me up sometime and I will introduce you to the underground (if thats anything that you would be interested in) Sad to say I haven't seen you at any of the auto-x that have been going on this season...

We had some regular meets back in 2004 and 2005 -- I will have to post a pick of the original Husker RX-8 club meet I would be happy to let people check out the turbo.

I have thought about doing the analog gauges on the dash but haven't (yet) -- I do have a digital gauge screen -- it was in the glove box the other night.

Good to know there are other 8 owners on here in the area.. For sure though Dan & I were the only ones lately.. Cant wait for a meet to get together.. Dont know if any of you all know, but there is a car show on the 26th of August in Millard. The Fiancee & I will be there with our 8..

Actually, I just brought my 8 a couple days ago so you were not able to see me around. I spent a lot of time on mazda6club.com until recently I started thinking to get something else.

My 8 is red and all stock so far. ......but I'd love to make some friends (especially locally) and check out what miracle you guys have made to your cars.

I went to Nico at Omaha a couple times. Seems like I can always find at least one rx8 parking outside each time I go.
