"Gateway" Motorsports Park is BACK!!!

One more shot at hitting this goal, if you or anyone you know are into racing in St. Louis (Drag, Oval, Road Course, Autocross, RallyCross, Street Survival, etc..) hop on over and "Like" Gateway Motorsports Park. Share this post with your FB friends, as well as anyone not yet on here; and please ask them to do it too! We're trying for a snowball effect.

"2Kx2/2"!. If you are new to this Page, you may not know of our little game/challenge. Our first goal of 1,000 followers by the end of the New Years Holiday, was met but with only 4 hours to go; thanks to a "last minute" flurry of help. It is now "crunch time" again to meet our second milestone of 2,000 by "Groundhogs Day, "2Kx2/2" and again we need your help. Please "Like" this page and "Share" it with all your racing and race fan FaceBook friends - and others in your email lists, post it on other websites and forums, "bump" to the top if a thread already exists, and most important ask all of them to do the same as well !! The object is to notify as many people, as soon as possible, when the new website is up and the schedule is released.
If you have been on here a while and have passed the word around, THANKS! Perhaps take another look to not miss anyone, and continue to bump and keep the topic visible. There really are many people that still don't know Gateway is back in business, or know that ALL the various racing activities on the Dragstrip, Oval, Road Course, and even the Parking Lot too, are returning! ANYONE can access and view the GMP FB Page, but as the little box says, you must join FaceBook to "Like" or post on it. Joining is easy and you need not give away personal information or be active in any other way, but WILL be informed when the major announcements are made. There is also a YouTube Channel for GMP you can subscribe to and already has some videos posted too! IT'S A NEW DAY....RACE GATEWAY!

The following are some questions that GMP (and others) has already answered. Scroll down this FB Page for older posts and information (and rumors). Below also are some event dates that were announced at the St. Louis Auto Racing Fan Club, Banquet of Champions; and also a link to the interview of Curtis Francois conducted there.
The website is still being tested and not quite online yet, but it will be announced here when it is. (The page you see now is just a "placeholder" and you will not have to have "user name or password" to view it when it does come up.) Any schedule that you might see during testing "MAY" not be correct, you should probably wait for the "Official" release of that information to be sure. GMP hopes to post a schedule in about a week or so. Some sanctioning bodies and events have been posting dates elsewhere and they "may" be correct; but you should probably wait to be sure until they are announced by GMP. Gateway has not announced any employment opportunities yet (Watch this page for announcements). The new phone number for GMP is 618 215 8888, but they are not fully staffed yet. Questions concerning lower priority items like parking and even ticket sales and season ticket holders should probably wait until the website goes live and it may contain the answers and information you seek. (Still plenty of time to work on that before opening day!) The Outlaw Eliminator Series will return. Mid-Night Madness will return. Bracket Racing will return. For Chassis Certification Appointments call 618 910 8636 (not GMP).
In the mean time, continue to spread the good news about Gateway and "Like"ing this Page !!
