Well driving like a lil girl I managed to get 221 miles before the light came on. Aren't you proud. Now I don't have to draft you everywhere we go. lol

Congratulations! But remember fourth isn't the only gear you have.... I got about 20.5 mpg for the day on saturday. I think you were holding me back...causing the engine to work harder pulling you along....keeping my mileage low.

Actually I don't think I have ever driven until the light comes on. Perhaps I'll try that next time to see how far I get.

I HATE YOU!
The best I've EVER managed to squeek out of a tank is 161 miles!
I usually ave. 11 mpg.

I have to keep telling myself, "I love this car"

EyeBall....keep saying that cause you know it's true. You DO love this car, just like the rest of us.

There just has to be something wrong when your mileage is that low. I don't drive this car like Sik...like a lil girl...and I always get 19+ around town. Except....in stop and go traffic. If I encounter lots of S&G traffic mileage sucks big time.

My car was built in the summer of 2003 so you know it was an early production model and I've gotten in the high teens from day one. I know there has been lots of discussion on low mileage and I wish I had an answer...there has got to be one!

I agree 11 mpg is way to low. The worst I have ever had was 16 mpg and that was with foot to the floor revs high for most of a tank. I like Kewl get about 19 to 22 mpg. This car is amazing and just ask sikredrx-8, most people have no idea of what it can really do. It still turns heads and police show it respect by not pulling you over for going 5+ over the speed limit.

Unfortunately, I got stuck in traffic and could not witness the drafting.
