Going to say if you think putting a small spacer between your throttle body will yeild those results, I really feel for you.

the spacers work well on Zs and Gs picking up about 10whp actually. I dont know how well it will work on the 8 thought. Give it a try and let us know.

yes, but that is not a throttle body spacer on the vq engine. it is a plenum spacer that allows the the front 2 cylinders to breath better, making more power.

true, and its also a lot easier to get extra Normally Aspirated power from that 3.5L motor than it is from our 1.3L motor.
I dont think the spacer will show a significant improvement on the 8.

I actually don't see how a throttle body spacer would make any power improvements.

What is the cost on it? If it is cheap enough, I will chip in a couple of bucks so someone can be the test victim, er...subject.

It is $86 free s/h in US 48. It kind of looks like another version of the Tornado to me.

did a little more research on this and it is looking like it does just what it says. I might end up getting one after all, I will let ppl know if things work out. Not sure if there will be any kind of issues with fuel mixture?

Cool Guinea-pig....

Won't fit right.

Won't make the slightest difference.

Will screw up the length of the tuned intake system.

...so let us know how it goes!

Ok Installed mine today, and so far no problem, Went on like a snap with the Revi Intake. Did not have time tonight to do a full road test, but will in the morning on the way to school. On the way to and from the store after install car seemed more responsive. Will update when I see in the morning. From what I have been able to gather so far the spacer works best with after market intakes due to the increased air flow. One thing I like about this one verses others is that it does not have the whistle that some others have. A buddy of mine put another model on his car and had that effect but no problems after a little over a week.
