I just bought one of these LED flashers and thought I would share the info with you all as well, it is pretty sweet.

I own a Vehicross as well as the RX-8 and I just got one of these LED flashers for the brake light in the Vehicross, and it would work perfectly for anyone here that has LEDs in their RX-8 or if you own a motorcycle I think they would work great. It has all kinds of preset patterns loaded onto it, looks pretty sweet:

The guy that is selling them owns a Vehicross and motorcycle and he has some preloaded pattern videos on his site.

The BEST PART though is that you can also play around with your own patterns and get one custom made with your very own patterns that you design (I think he might charge a little extra for that I am not sure):

All you do is click on the frames and type in the number of frames you want to play around with (I start with like 20 or so), and then you click on load frames, and then you can start playing away with the various Brightness levels and Duration levels. Brightness max is 200 and min is 0 and duration can be whatever you want. Frame 1, Brightness @200 and Duration @40 and then Frame 2, Brightness @0 and Duration @40 will turn the LED on and then off. Then when you want to see what your frames will look like flashing click on output array and it will show you the Brake Light pattern on the back of the Vehicross in the lower left hand corner of the screen and it will output the needed code under the Vehicross. It is a pretty sweet little program to play around with, I know I enjoyed it.
