They fit prettyy good. There 18x9.5 +15 offset. im running 5mm slip on spacers in the front and 3mm in the rear. tire size are 225/40 & 235/40

im basically doing the same build as op... 7k you should be good but to be honest buying a blown rx8 for 3500 seems high. i picked up a shell for 1k and it was an 05 with 29k with no motor and no passenger doors but full interior minus little stuff lol. im planning on just making it into a drift car, strip it get coils weld the diff but im putting a sr20 into it not deal with rotary's ever haha

fb's are light and get sideways very easily, doesnt take much to turn 2100lbs... lol and can be picked up for cheap! i love my gf's rx8 though, contemplating selling my fb for a bad engine 8? decisions decisions
