Have to say the quality on these JDM mats are awesome compared to our Aussie issue ones. Love the hard weave section for the drivers heels, very well thought out. Very worthy purchase

I got a call back saying they were sent on Monday. Just short of a week to believe I made a deposit isn't bad.
We will see what happens from here, ..still nothing has arrived and unless TNT are sending them via carrier pigeon, we'll see what happens tomorrow.

Well, after my email message direct to the manager at eurocars mazda today, I got a call back from a pissed off spare parts clerk saying they were sent on Monday. Just short of a week to believe I made a deposit isn't bad.
We will see what happens from here, but the communication and service up to now has been **** poor. Still nothing has arrived and unless TNT are sending them via carrier pigeon, we'll see what happens tomorrow.
When (and if) they arrive, I'm not game to give feedback on ebay as they are as sure as **** to give me a strike, which will cruel my 100% rating!

Either way, $50 for your Aussie issue mats is still a reasonable price.

I find Daedan at Eurocars mazda to be a real top bloke, better than the other Mazda spare parts dealers I've been to.
I am sure there is a simple mistake/ misunderstanding made somewhere.

MISSING: 1 X SET OF RX8 MATS
Update: Email and messages were left with the Manager of Eurocarsmazda to contact me today, but to no avail. TNT cannot find a consignment number against my name. Tonight I checked the letterbox, no postal notes, no TNT advice, no nothing.
TNT also advise if a parcel leaves Sydney on any given day, they generally arrive in Brisbane the next. Well see....!

Someone is lying or having a lend of me. I can't follow up anything until Monday so it will be nearly 2 weeks since I've paid them.
Does anyone know anyone in Mazda who can fire a rocket up these blokes ****?????

Thanks for your concern Dave. The problem here is despite my calls and messages no-one from Mazda is following up, and more importantly TNT have no record of the consignment.
Its not their fault that TNT are stuffing them around, they are not getting back and they are doing the best they can.
I've ordered from Sydney and Melbourne and they have arrived within the week by road courier....so you can see where I'm coming from....

UPDATE: After finally speaking with the owner of Eurocars and Daedon today, things have become a bit clearer.
TNT took 2 x sets mats and have incorrectly sent them to Melbourne. It appears someone may have signed for them, and there is no consignment number. I've been told I'm getting another set and with a bit of luck they'll arrive by the end of the week.
I don't know if anyone else have had dramas with TNT, but I hope it will be all over soon....

Anyhow the verdict is in. It all came down to a failure in TNT systems control and with a bit of luck it shouldn't happen again.
When we have something to say, we should say it here. Its a private forum for members discussion, and an eduational tool in case something like this happens to someone else....and in summing up Dave......yes I'm also glad this is coming to an end

ebay
Hi I was contacted by email on Monday via ebay with eurocars looking for the TNT package and in the reply might have mentioned you were not happy, hope it is all finished soon but they were at least trying to find the mats , sometimes things just happen.

I think I'm now thoroughly (and I mean thoroughly) educated about the problem you had getting your floor mats.

I don't know who superchargedcalais is...but I think a PM or phone call outlining the part(s) you want me to clarify would be good start....
