Official Mazda Chrome Wheels Option
I popped into Centenary Mazda in Taringa today on the way back from a clients to check out a couple of things.
Firstly, lead times for delivery are now down to a week or less for the more popular colours in manual + leather. There is some movement on price as a result.
Noticed a Nordic Green RX-8 with plenty of extra's. On speaking to the saleman, it turns out it the Sales Manager's car.
What caught my eye were the Chrome Wheels. These are a Mazda option at $750 a corner. Looked damn good. Couldn't see them listed on Mazda's official accessory page.
Anyone else know about them, have them fitted?
Finally, sitting in the 2nd Hand Lot (along with a Blue S4) was a Lightning Yellow RX-8 with 14K on the clock for mid 50's. Turns out it is a Mazda factory demo - wonder how many journalists and others had abused it? If it had been in Winning Blue and leather I may have paid it more than a cursory glance. http://www.centenary.com.au/Mazda/Us...&from=usedcars

Kiwimeat, next time you're out there, take your camera with you...! I'm not surprised the yellow Pov Pac is still there, a few grand more (very few) would buy a new one.
