What was your level of satisfaction with dealer performance BEFORE delivery ofyour RX-8?

good but not great service. my salesman said i could have a loaner before i even signed anything since i told him i had already sold my old car. after much negotiation with the sales manager i got a loaner on 8-17 10 days after ordering my car and i can keep it until my car comes in sometime in the 2nd week of september.
