:Peace:Hi, I just wanted to see if there are any MMA fans in this forum who are into PRIDE, UFC, or the smaller MMA fighting organizations such as WFA or King of the Cage. I'm a die-hard fan of MMA-especially PrideFC.

Anybody ever heard one of the best up-and-coming fighter named Nam Phan? He is a Vietnamese brother with some incredible MMA fighting skills. This guy is fearless, aggressive, and has a heart of a champion! Alot of people including myself know he will be in PrideFC shortly in no time. If you have never heard of him or seen him in action, check out out this short clip: http://youtube.com/watch?v=hQ2wfIlTefk

Also check out his official MMA record on sherdog: http://www.sherdog.com/fightfinder/fightfinder.asp?FighterID=5778

He's a very young fighter from Southern California, and is trained in the disciplines of boxing, jiu-jitsu, and kung fu. He will be fighting on the Malice at the Palace Fight Card on September 9th 2006 at the Cow Palace in San Francisco. There will be 11 other matches as well. My friends and I will definitely be there to support my Vietnamese brother!

This will be the first time a MMA event comes to San Francisco. Make history, and be there to support Nam Phan in his first appearence in Northern California, and also show off all of our Renesis Pride as well. This could potential be a RX-8, Rotary, and Nam Fan Club Meet as well!!!

This is the official quote from the event:

"Mixed martial arts cage fighting comes to the historic Cow Palace in San Francisco Sept. 9th with 12 hard pounding matches including Jake Shields, Urijah Faber, Nam Phan, and special guest appearance by Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell."

If anybody is interested in getting more information for this September event, and would like tickets, Nam Phan T-shirts, or a copy of Nam Phan's Promotional Fight Dvd called Homestead, please let me know. Thanks.:grouphug:
