I have read through so many of the posts about the Mazda HP issue, and I also wondered how the '99 Cobra SVT owners got Ford to fix their cars. I did a search on the Internet, and this is what I found....

It looks as if Ford wasn't so honest either...:( And it took Ford being publicly exposed on the internet, secretly working with an ISP to take down the offending website, and a few days in court fighting over free speech issues (and losing) before they announced the recall...just 2 days after they lost the free speech case...
