i assume its just gear box and ECU. correct me if i am wrong.

your car still will not be as fast as a real 6-speed....why? Because the automatics have a 4-port engine...you need a 6-port.

plus the whole CAN network sinc eyou will need the 6speeds TCM (transmission control module) which has the programming for the shifts. you'll need the whole network unless you can program CAN modules to talk to each other.

can't do that, my car used by everyone in the family, everyone drives auto. manual is not an option.

Just get a manual. If you can't drive one, it will be worth it to learn.

Seems to me like he wanted more gears...not necessarily more power (who actually believes the 215hp rating...anyone...Bueller...?). The cheapest way to get stock or better 6MT power levels and acceleration will be forced induction on the 4 port. Trade in value is extremely low, so you'd more than likely lose your ass in that deal.
