This is the letter from GReddy. Very Promising.

Thanks for your interest in GReddy Products
We do not have any plans set yet, since the vehicle is not available yet. But our parent company TRUST Japan does have a very good relationship with Mazda Japan, and we are looking forward to taking a close look at this new Japanese super car. Please check back with us later.

Alot of preformance companies sound promising at the moment, i wonder which ones are all just talk. I hope they will all do something for the Rx-8

GReddy brings up a good question I have.

I'm not a tuning buff, and I've never put a custom exhaust on my car. However, what do some of you have to say about exhausts that sound the best? I'm talking cat back, not just a muffler, or a tip.

A friend had a GReddy, I think it was the SP model, on his GSR a few years back. I thought the sound was fantastic. On throttle, or off throttle it had a nice throaty sound, yet while cruising with just a light bit of throttle resulted in almost no sound. So highway cruising wasn't a constant drone.

I've heard people really like Borla exhaust as well. Some Honda owners seem to really prefer Comptech.

Just curious what you all think.

I currently have the greddy SP 3inch piping catback on my FD and it is by far the quiestest aftermarket u can get. Obviously not the most free flowing for turbo application, but its still good.
