I was filling up the 8 with gas today and decided to shake the car a little to get the air bubbles out so I could squeeze in a little more fuel. I pressed on the quarter panel too hard and managed to put 3 little dents in it. Now I gotta call the dent repair dude and get it fixed.

I got gas today also, but didnt shake my car. I just pull the nozzle out more and more to cram more gas in. Sorry bout your accident with shake'n the car.

^ I did that too. Gas spurted out of the tank. That's when I decided to shake it. Oh well, lesson learned, I need to call the guy up anyways because I already have a couple other dents.

I may just wait until I get a few more. Maybe I'll get a discount. :Freak_ani

oh my gosh. yeah, well. words can not explain. I filled up also today, cost me nearly $40 and got 19mpg 80% city driving. Also i replaced a shredded tire today! Thanks nail! That was a pretty penny!

Well, today I backed into my garage while playing with the hand brake. I had the foot brake depressed but I accidentally let go. Luckily there is no damage but boy was my heart pounding.

^I backed into my friend's car a while ago, it was at night so I really couldn't see a thing and had no IDEA it was there. BAM, it sounded loud, and I thought that's it, off to the repair shop. I got out and it was just a hair of a scratch. Thank you Mazda for making a decent bumper.

I know a guy (doesn't own an 8) who was concerned about whether his new wider rims would rub the rear fenders so he started pushing down on the rear quarter to see - yep - big dent from being too enthusiastic. :banghead: :cwm27:
