Hey guys

I was wondering if any of you could help me with this problem. The cluch makes a little noise when in neutral. It's barely noticeble. When I press the pedal it goes away. Is it normal for cluch to make noise like that?

Search, search, search

This has been covered way too many times...

This has been discussed many, many times before on the forum. It is not the clutch, it's the transmission main shaft rolling on it's bearings. Normal for this car. When you press on the clutch pedal, the main shaft is disengaged from the engine and no longer turns.

BTW, welcome to the forum! The search function and reading, reading and more reading is your best friend here. Lots of very valuable information on this forum on the car. Check out the DIY section particularly.

Yeah, cancel it unless you want verification of what we tell you.

BTW, it's cluTch. Maybe that's why your search didn't find anything. Ya think? :)
