I think the simplest answer for you is to search for "Canzoomer". You'll get 15Hp easy. You should be able to get one used for $250 US.

I'm from Madrid, Spain. In my country we only get the "High Power" model (231 HP).

The differences between US and EU cars were SAE Vs CEE or DIN standards. For 2006 SAE got a little more "demanding", therefore it is 232 Vs 231= SAME nominal power.

My advice would be to wait for quite a lot of new products being developed. Search through the forum and you'll be amazed!!

Their everything is right, one can not much achievement by nothing get. The best solution a turbo only unfortunately is to be permitted it in Germany only with difficulty possible such a thing, it costs to very much money it is permitted, turbo is not not so expensive. What now still remains for me???

More power, or lap faster?

If the former, then a piggyback ECU, midpipe, RB intake + ram air, exhaust might get you 30 hp if its tuned well. You could also rev the engine higher and probably see a similar gain, if you're not worried about breaking things.

If you want to lap faster, priorities should be on suspension.
