I think the simplest answer for you is to search for "Canzoomer". You'll get 15Hp easy. You should be able to get one used for $250 US.

Germany 231HP + 15 HP (CZ) = 246HP or 253HP ????

The new U.S. RX-8 is rated at 232. I'd bet ours has the same power as yours.

I'm from Madrid, Spain. In my country we only get the "High Power" model (231 HP).

The differences between US and EU cars were SAE Vs CEE or DIN standards. For 2006 SAE got a little more "demanding", therefore it is 232 Vs 231= SAME nominal power.

My advice would be to wait for quite a lot of new products being developed. Search through the forum and you'll be amazed!!

God I wish I lived in the US...

The german guy is a bit too caught up on figures... He needs to realize it will take more that simply uploading a map..

intake, midpipe, exhaust and canzoomer should net 250 hp. If you port the motor, you might see 270-275 hp.

^^I was talkin about crank hp. Not sure what the exact drivetrain loss is for the 8... but I believe every car has a different base whp and results will vary depending on the tuning.

Uh, no. Sorry. The OEM intake and exhaust are close to perfect. The midpipe depends on tuning.
