Got into my car yesterday evening at work (I park WAY OFF) and noticed a runaway shopping cart had tagged my baby. AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHH!!!! Called a paintless dent removal and VOILA...... no more dent. To the trained eye, there are still signs of the incident but most people will not be able to see it. Thought I would post some pics to show y'all what can be done with $75 and 30 minutes (he only wanted to charge me $50 but it's Christmas and I was very pleased!!) That's my new Honda Pilot in the background

Hey MedicineMan!
Sorry to hear about your prang, but glad that the cosmetic surgery has been a success! :)
I NEVER take my '8' anywhere near a supermarket - I've got my 1996 VW Golf III for such mundane chores. :p
Anyway, how can you fit much shopping in the RX-8's boot (sorry, trunk)? ;)
Perhaps you eat a lot of microwave dinners? :) :)
Wishing you better luck in 2006!
Safe driving.

Are there any suggestions for people who don't have the dent wizard people anywhere close?
Has anyone tried the pops-a-dent from TV? The dent I have in my driver side door is small but I see it everytime I get in the car.
I think people see a nice car and park near you on purpose, at least here anyway. It is annoying to park way far out of the way so as to avoid dings like this and when you come out of the store some one is parked right next to you.

I usually try not to park in between two cars if I can avoid it. It is either park on a side and park closer to the side, away from the car next to me. Or just park far. haha

Yea I park far away too, but have the same issue people still park right beside me even though ther are like 10 empty spaces between me and the start of the crowd.
I think they park close so as to get a real close up look at the best looking car in the parking lot. :cwm27: :lol2:

I try to find +$40K cars to pull in between in fear that if I park else where a huge SUV will park adjacent to me and a bunch of kids will carelessly hit my baby.
