Started snowing for all of 5 minutes here today, and now it's just cold air and wind. Boo. I've had the snow tires on for about two weeks now, and I'm starting to get antsy.

Snowing? You call this snow? In my day, you had to drive uphill to work with FWD and all-season tires before the city had cleared the snow/ice or bothered to salt or sand the roads.

Meh. The snow will be gone in a day or two. In the meantime, that's what an LSD and TCS is for...

There was 4-5 inches where I work today...but only about 1 at home. I decided to take the JIC suspension out and put the stock susp back in for the winter :) Three hours later and having to redo one side on the rear due to a brain fart...It's done. Damn...it looks like it's on stilts. Handles a lot mushier ...but at least it won't drag the bottom in the snow!

Not if you don't drive in the snow :D: Stock tires are pathetic in the cold...and dangerous in the snow. One hit on a curb will cost you as much as the tires would...and they will probably last the life of your car if you only use them in the winter
