yep. and i just did a exchange rate, thats 26$ PER SET. these r OEM, they r the EXACT same things as ours except ones clear and ones orange.

that idiot in the "appearance" forum is trying to charge 200$ for the exact same thing, makes me sick

Guess the question to ask is if one of Japan friends could hook up up.. :D

yea thats what im trying to do right now. i would glady pay for the cost of the clears, the shipping, and whatever they feel is fair for the trouble they go thru.

Hi all, new to the board, and to the car. I haven't actually purchased the car yet but I'm like 95% sure I will!

Anyways, back on the topic, I will be visiting all around Japan (on a tour) in a few weeks and will be ending up in Tokyo, Shinjuku area for the last couple of days. Does anybody know where I can get these clear corners from since I'm already there?!

In Japan, you can not go to the Mazda dealer and buy parts. You can order parts and wait a few days to get them or go to a Mazda parts store. I have purchased parts in Tokyo before, but I do not remember where it is. Also, you will find that the folks at the store only speak Japanese, so having a translator with you would really help. I do not think that they would have the part in stock as the car is too new. If you want to know where it is, I could ask a friend in Japan to get me the address.

My daughter lived in Okinawa for three years and bought many Miata parts for me and my friends. All of them had to be ordered from the dealer and took about 1 to 2 weeks to arrive at the dealer.

Also the price estimate is a little different then the one I got, and I even have an account with them hehe. DID you make sure and say clear? When I said clear I got a little bit different PN.

Oh I forgot I have the RX8 manual too hehe. The full parts manual even though not all the prices are in it since even Mazda doesnt have them all in their computer.
