Who saw me on Halloween on the 15 North

I thought it would be funny to turn the thread around. Instead of the normal "I saw you thread", I thought I try the other way around...."who saw me".

I was driving north on the 15 freeway near the Foothill offramp. My 8 is black, with MS kit and Black Volks. I put my window down and raised my hand out the window to say "whats up". I had just got on the freeway from the Edwards movie theatre (having just seen SAW-2...great Halloween flick), when I see the un-mistakeable headlights of a fellow 8 creaping up from behind. He was lowered, obviously had a K&N intake as he put it in nuetral and gave me a roaring hello, then dropped it into 6th and bogged slowley infront of me to exit Foothill.

So, who saw me.......?

you should check out the "Once a month meet near San Bernardino" thread in the Western Regional...but then again, I assuume you've been hit up on that already by others.

This month we will have four or five members from that thread going to the Soilo2 practice event at the California Speedway on Saturday (1/14/06). I'll be there, along with Snowfl8k, Speeddemon32, Cesaralaniz and Scotty 305. You could aslo check out some of our rides in the Multimedia section, I just posted a Calendar that I made with the help of Lesper4.

Another cool event, if you like to run your 8 a little, is the Malibu cruise this Saturday. I usually leave my hosue (near Cherry & Baseline) around 8:30, to get down to Malibu at 10:00. I will be meeting up with a guy named "Toca" at the Chevron at Baseline and Cherry around 8:30 on Saturday if you would like to cruise along. If you don't feel comfortable driving your 8, and jst wanna tag along, you could come with me and leave your car parked at my house. Just let me know if your interested.

So, you do have a K&N, right? Sure sounded that way when you revved up. What rims and suspension do you have, looked nice. Maybe we could meet up and I could take some pics of your car for you...and post um up on the forum.

I can't make it this weekend but it sounds like fun. Yes I do have a K&N along with a Greddy. I forgot what springs I have but it dropped it almost 2 inches. The rims are Volk gt7's. There are a few other mods along with those. I think it would be great to get some pics taken. I have not really posted on here until recently but I have read about the San Bernardino meets. I like the calendar that is being put together.

Brich, it's always good to see a new face around here.

Greddy Turbo or exhaust?!

Despite the S.B. people being about an hour and a half away, its always worth the drive to see them. They're a good bunch.
Hopefully we'l see you at a future meet.

It is just the Greddy exhaust... I am holding out on getting a turbo for right now.

I would like to go to the S.B. meeting. Is it always at the same place?

ah, that makes a lot more sense.

I couldn't figure out how the heck you got the Greddy Turbo & the KN filter to fit.

We always meet up at the same place and then decide where we want to drive that day.

actually you can have a k&n air filter with the greddy turbo. Adrian-1 has that setup.

Come on ZoomZoom, we were talking about an "intake", not a filter. Now does Adrian have the K&N intake with his turbo, or just the filter instead of the Airinx one?
