Terrible customer service and totally clueless, i'm really getting tired of having to call them constantly just to get any kind of information, i highly recommend you avoid them, if my 8 wasn't so close i'd cancel my order and change dealers

Ohhhhh yeah dude i totally agree! I am tired of them as well, I use to love getting in arguements about the RX-8 and 7 with them cause the reps don't know their ass from a whole in the ground. It's sad that a 21 year old kid knows more about Mazda than the sells people!
They are all money hungry. Although now we have a really awesome manager so hopefully he can make changes and get the reps more customer oriented and knowledgeable about their products. Especially if they want to sell some RX-8's

we? do you work at reliable?, everytime they tell me they'll call me when get the info i have to call them and get the info, they never actually call me, and well unfortunely the dealer i bought through is a total dick, i've talked to his manager a few times (only way to get anything done i found out) and his manager is really cool

Yeah I work at Reliable Imports, but not for much longer. I am sorry to hear the hassle you have to go through to get info, if there is any thing you need me to find out I'll help as much as I can.
After my experiences with Reliable as far as customer service goes, I would much rather go to K.C. or Saint Louis to pick up an RX-8. They really need to get sales people that know about the rotary!

well my name's Benjamin Dow, tell me anything you can find out, so far all i've been able to get out of them is that it's coming september-ish, i honestly am starting to believe that they never ordered it

was there saw the cars, my dealer (shane) was still totally clueless about what's going on with my 8, i seemed to know the most about the car by leaps and bounds, i was answering questions, while the dealers where shrugging, love the car, scared about headroom with a helmet for auto-x though now
