Every once and a while I'll plug in my Ipod and turn on the accessories to see if the icelink is working, but I get the message NO DISC instead of EX 1, 2, etc.

Sometimes it works if I disconnect the cable and plug it back in.... But not always. then a few hours later it may or may not work again.


Happened again today. Git the NO DISC message, still not working.... :mad:

Anyone know what could be going on? How to fix?

I'm really getting tired of this. The Icelink was like $200 and this POS won't work anymore.

Also, today i couldn't even get to the icelink menu(EX 6) to switch to ipod mode... it was stuck on just EX. there were no other EX's to choose from....

Every once in a while I'd get the same thing happening. If you haven't updated the firmware to 2.06, do it now.

Before the update, I had to power the head unit down before turning the ignition off. Every so often the icelink would hang up for no apparent reason......

With 2.06, once in a while I need to toggle the power button to get the icelink to re-sync, but no more dissconnecting or ignition on/off issues
