Ok i have mi ole VR 8. so what color should i paint the calipers?

Black - red over time can dirty easy.

gold...just like the brembo brakes on the 350Z. red 350 with gold brembo calipers...hotness.

I haven't done mine yet (VR - GT), but I am teetering between gold (matches Mica flake), black or silver. Too much red I think.
