I just had the recall done where they drop your fuel tank and insulate it. Recently I changed the differential oil to a synthetic.
Do they drain or swap fluids and/or take apart any of the rear drivetrain to get to the fuel tank when doing this recall?
Thanks, rxevolved

No, they do not touch the rear diff. They loosen the front bolts on the straps the hold the tank and tilt it.

So they don't actually remove it, they just tilt it to get more access to it?

Got mine done last week..does anyone noticed lack of power at the low bandwidth?? Seems like my baby lost some HP (placebo??)..should I insist that they (dealer's service people), show me what they did?? I was told to keep out of the service area (workshop), for liability reasons...how do I know that my car was serviced???
