first time posting, just got a newbie question to ask.....

just wondering rather it's a direct ignition system or the regular wire system?

or if there's any difference for the 04 and 05 model, or difference for the auto and manual?

as to type of ignition, it is a DIS, or distributorless ignition system. there are 4 coils located on the drivers side of the motor, with 4 wires running to the 4 plugs, 2 for each rotor. there should be no noticable difference between 04, 05, mt and at.
