With all this recall and service bulletin activity on going on, does anyone have good or bad experiences to tell about at Hiley Mazda?
I bought my 8 there and they are "mostly" responsive but I always have a "are they any good" feeling.
Sometimes I feel I should go to their Hurst,Tx location to see if they are any better. Any thoughts would be appreciated> :confused:

I've never had my 8 serviced at the Arlington Hiley location, only at the Hurst location. I've always been happy with my service there, never had any problems.

I would take mine to the Hurst location as well. I have just had better service there. I haven't had my Rx8 serviced at the one in Arlington, but they were the ones that I took my VW Jetta to. I don't know if it was the service department or the car itself, but I had a lot of problems with the Jetta.
