ABS and TCS light will not go off

I have springs installed on my car today and noticed on the way home that the ABS and TCS lights were on. After I got back to my apartment, I turned the car off and then turned the key to the on position and they still stayed on. Any ideas how to make them go off?

Reattach your ABS sensors. I don't know how to do it, though. Hold on.

Ahhh, can't find anything w/ search. Look for a service manual, get under your car, and see if they're hooked up. Or bring it back to the shop and have them do it. Good luck.

I saw what the problem was. Looked at the sensor on the driver side and it has been torn off. May be i can play dumb at the dealer ship and get another one put on under the warranty. I doubt it though.

Well, I took the car to the dealership this morning and played dumb. Told them the mechanic that put on the springs noticed the plug missing and said that the lights were an ongoing problem. Will see what happens.

Just got off the phone with the dealer and no dice. Turns out I have to get a whole new assembly and wiring harness for the thing. Be tuesday before it comes in and will be a grand total of $600. Anyone know where I can get this cheaper?

Try Rosenthal of Trussville. I'm sure the parts will be cheaper there. However, I would make sure that your dealer is not trying to upsell you when a simpler fix might be possible. Go to the shop and have them show you the problem. Maybe you don't really need both components.
