i finished installing the rear springs on my 8 with the help of the DIY forum. it turned dark and i didnt have any proper lighting so the fronts are waiting till tuesday. i know when you do the fronts, you have to get everything set and down on the ground before you tighten the upper control arm bolts or else the spring will not be preloaded and the ride height will appear higher than stock. is there anything like this for the rear springs? like......is everything supposed to be down on the ground before i retorque the lower control arm? it seems like the rear has dropped slightly, but not as much as i was expecting. does anyone else have pics of espelir springs installed? or maybe the rear will drop more when the front springs are installed. i believe the springs are already settled because i bought them used.
