Just decided to add a temporary sticky thread to ask how everyone likes the new AT specific forum section. We knew that there were owners getting bashed in the general sections and gave you guys this area to ask legit questions. Has everything worked out fine? Any problems, concerns, complaints, suggestions? We just want everyone to feel at home here so please just take a moment to give me some feedback. Thanks. -RG

Well I sure like it. I think the problem is that it isn't easy to see from front page unless you know it is there. Most people I think just look at the General Topics.

Thank you to the Moderators that approved this new forum section. So far it seems to be working very nicely. It's so new I'm not sure all a/t owners know it's here. Constructive comment by m/t owners is good to see and welcome.

I also agree with the other guys that it's a bit hard to find.

I agree with everyone, I think this is a great place for all AT 8 owners. :D

I love it. Obviously not as much traffic but that's understandable. It's a great place to talk w/other AT owners who haven't abandoned their cars yet.... lol

We have discussed putting it on the main page under the general automotive section but the opinions between the mod/admin community are varied. I was a fan of it going there but it will end up staying here. After some discussion I know understand why. Typically the auto owners ask performance questions related to the car where their other more general topics are already covered elsewhere in the forum under their own appropriate sections. We didn't want the impression that the AT owners were being segregated so we decided that since most of the unique AT questions are aftermarket performance related, that's where it should go and here we are. The option of placing a sticky in the general section directing everyone here has been suggested but in truth anyone looking at aftermarket performance for the RX-8 in general should be able to make their way here with little problem. All of you found it!

AT section is very helpful

Its helpful and i will support it. Keeping it here is best. Its a good source not only for new stuff
but also to look back and review what has happened for the AT up to now.

I like it. Didn't know it was here for a while but now that I found it I will be coming back.

so ya can't win for losing huh? If you ever check the aftermarket section, you'd see that we have a new AT section.... i think that's all the visibility we need.
