So I went out and bought a proclip angled mount to attach my Audiovox pnp3 sirius cradle in my RX8 as others like Modena have done with their XM cradles. And wouldnt you know it, the 4 holes on the back of the cradle dont match up with the holes on the proclip mount. So has anyone here had any luck mounting an audiovox pnp3 or other sirius cradle? I especially would like to attach it on the side of the dash by the passengers legs. Or has anyone been able to modify a proclip angled mount to work with a sirius unit? Thanks for any help.

I guess I can ask the Circuit City guys installing the pie adaptor and antenna to drill some extra holes in the mount. Should be pretty easy for them to drill into the mount right? I would assume they have a drill, I sure don't.

I wouldn't let Circuit City guys touch ANYthing on my car...Best buy guys either for that matter

if I wasn't so tired I'd post a few horror stories of damaged 8 from CC or BB

Yeah, but they've got to be better at it than me (trust me).

Align the cradle the way you like it and does not interfere with the handbrake.
Make sure you can hook up the 3 wires to the cradle.
Use double side tape to stick the cradle to the mount, and drill a couple of pilot holes.
Use self tapping screws and you are al set....
(Do all this when you have the Proclip out of the car, you do not want to drill into your dash)
