I am trying to decide on which wheels I should go with. I have them narrowed down to 2 different wheels the Racing Hart J5-Pro or the Volk Racing SF-Challenge. Any advice would be great, and BTW my gut instinct was the very first one I looked at which was the J5-Pro.

 

Whichever one is lighter...

i wonder how the racing hart would look like on the 8

 

19x8.5 Front and 19x9.5 Rear with Toyo T1S 245/35/19 F and 275/30/19 R.
Also what do you guys think about the finish silver or gun metal? You can get each wheel in each finish..

 

That is a tough decision, indeed. I'd go with the Racing Harts. Different story if the Volks were the gunmetal/machined lip color version, then I'd be all about the Volks!

Well, it's a done deal. I went with the Racing Hart J5-Pro with a polished finish, 19x8.5 F (38 offset) and 19x10 R (44 offset).
Got them from Wheelautohaus.com (Charles), great price, great business, great guy, great experience.

How much were these

 

Charles will give you a KILLER deal man...you won't be disappointed..except if you try and get these in particular...

the Super Black...which is what these are..are only made for the 350Z/G35...

it's a limited edition and even though the bolt pattern works...the offsets are +23 which is WAY to aggressive for the RX-8...the rears are 19x10..to fit that size we need a +44...i am so pissed off that i can't get this finish in the J5's as i would order them today....these were from my friends 350Z...so as good as it looks on the car...i could never drive around with them on...especially being lowered with the S-Techs...i may be going with the graphite i just have to see how graphite contrasts with the silver to see how i like it...i may even end up driving to Tampa where Charles/WheelAutoHaus is and have them test fitted before i actually buy....i just really want that finish as it looks incredible at different angles...

 

I have a silver 8 and i really like these but i was going to getthem in silver .

 

i looked at those...but i thought it would look a little to wierd, like i'm trying to match my wheels to my car...that's why i'm not to into the stock wheels...cause they almost match TO WELL...i want some contrast but NOT bling or to dark...so it's been a hard decision...i've cancelled so many orders cause I just change my mind so much...but dammit if dazzmotorsports couldn't have made the J5's in Super Black for RX-8 fitment...UGH!!
