When the car changes attitude, e.g., braking, there is a soft clunk that seems to be coming from the center console. My suspicion is that it is the seatbelt tensioner. Does anybody else have that sound?

It sounds as though something is sliding a little bit, and a clicking or thunking sound. It doesn't sound to me like something wrong, but like some mechanical thing that's supposed to happen. I just can't figure it out. Sort of like something is sliding around in the console, but it's not. This was there from the first time I drove it away from the dealer.
