Time to be a little quiter around the office. The Sunday Times driving supplement has a two page coverage of the RX-8 - well, and here's the problem, not the RX-8 but the Formula Women series.

Be prepared for the piss take, it's national news

- 'Womans car!'

Oh please dont start me on the 'Formula bl**** Woman' thing...

Possible the worst idea in the history of motoring :(

M.

PS - And I cannot help but wonder if they would have ended up in court if they had run a 'Formula Men' instead.....

yes - the whole sexual equality thing seems to only work one-way.

i'd like to get into nightclubs free just like most women

and at work women can wear anything and get away with it - i mean women in trousers! I think in all this hot weather I'll turn up in a skirt tomorrow!

Will you please post a link to the article or the article itself? We over here would enjoy reading it.
Having a racing series with RX-8s regardless of drivers is pretty cool and we would like to be able to read about it. Thanks.

Cheers for the interest Boowana!

Sorry for us Brits getting upset by the fact that it's being driven by women.

We should take a leaf out of your books and have less pride as you guys!

/me gives you a cuddle!

:D

I have no problem with women driving or owning this car but if one is going to promote via a race then why not of mixed sexes or one for each but why only women! No good will come of this, mark my words (doom, doom.....):D

I actually thought the article itself was ok. I'm not that bothered about it being a womens racing series.
