Every time I accelerate after I shfit gear, I hear a low click tick sound coming from engine. This only happens in low RPM. It's not loud but enough to bother me. I have 1900 miles on the car, and this noise has been there since brand new. Does anyone have the same experience? Is it normal? Please share. Otherwise, I will take it to the dealer. Thanks

Well, our engines have a 5th and 6th port, which open up to allow more air into the engine at higher rpms. I know this from working on 2nd gen rx7s, but I am not positive it is exactly the same on the Renesis. Sometimes you can hear the clicking of the valves opening and closing; however, I do not know if your clicking is some sort of malfunction with the valves.
