I read at another forum (http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1058736&postcount=4) (from a TireRack employee that fulfills the same role as Connor does here) that SSR has filed for bankruptcy protection last week and is currently closed for additional business.

Since SSR Comps are one of the few off the shelf lightweight, Stock legal wheels available, anyone that was waiting for later might want to think about locating some now.

Yep.. I heard the same thing last week too. Just a re-structure... companies do that every now and then.

They'll be around some more.

Just picked up my SSR comps..... They had four silver sets left when I ordered mine...
