I remembered in the "Technical Info" thread, Oilmans dealer had a letter which said....
insurance groups and performance figures will be communicated to customers week commencing 26/5/03.
That is this week, and I wondered whether anyone has had a letter (im sure we'd know) or heard any more from anywhere as to whether this is happening.
After all the speculation, it would be nice to know the real insurance/performance/fuel figures etc.
Check your letterboxes tomorrow.....

On a similar note, I called into my dealer today to collect my book and asked them if they had any more information about the Prodrive event.
They said that we, that is the pre-order customers would probably here any information before they would as apparently we are a higher priority......
I couldn't tell if his tongue was in his cheek but I suspect it was.

they should invest in a couple of good owls. even new ones don't cost much these days, so they should be able to find them used for a decent price:)

I called Mazda UK yesterday and they did say the letter regarding build etc would be with me end of this week beginning of next.
It looks as though the letter will confirm that we are getting no cars til september though :mad:
