takahashi 12-19-2004, 07:43 PM I have spent the last month doing an makeover to my website step-hen.com
Link here: http://www.step-hen.com.
The contents is the same but I have given it a new background and some better pages are now deliver in Flash 6.
I want a Flash MX 2004 but someone suggested me to use Flash Pro.
Choppy, how are they different?
mysql101 12-19-2004, 07:49 PM 404 on videos :(
Doug DeBug 12-19-2004, 07:52 PM Nice work.
takahashi 12-19-2004, 08:00 PM Which one Jason?
Please point them out coz it is easier to see it with second eye... Thanks heaps
EDIT: Video clips works for me... I have not try to download all of them though.
Javascript and flash needs to be on.
FOUND IT: There is no "../" in front of link so it is a broken link. Must be the red wine last night :D Will fix and upload the amended pages soon.
DONE! Thanks Jason
What do you think of the first page... very out there isn't it?
I think it is ok for the Americans but the Ozzie boys here will give me a hard time :D
RXE16T 12-20-2004, 01:44 AM Cool page Taka.

Loved the test drive section and your mad scientist look :p
takahashi 12-20-2004, 04:20 PM C Mac,
That is my "neverworn" doctor's coat. I only where it in Hong Kong as a visiting medical student.
Hehe thx for your comment :D
AlfredfrOZ 12-20-2004, 05:06 PM Very nice Taka. Yr black 8 looks really good. Mine's just "naked"... at the moment.

AlfredfrOZ 01-03-2005, 01:43 AM not quite.... :) just had no optional accessories fitted other than the reversing sensor. It now has the front and rear rotary accents and valve caps. Daz also talked me into some very expensive mats. Sway bars will be next and if I can find a rear lip spoiler, that'd be perfect. The reversing sensor is way too loud even on the low setting and I'd like to tune it down further - has anyone done this? I'd rather do it myself as the local dealer has morons in the PD dept. Everytime I send my 8 there, it comes back damaged. The last time I sent it, the rotary accent in the headrest was scratched on all 3 sides; obviously happened when the ham-fisted neanderthal tried to remove the bolts. I've sent in a written complaint and demanded that they replace it.
takahashi 01-03-2005, 02:30 AM you mean a front lip spoiler or a rear wing?
Get a quote unpainted and painted. EZZY have a shop in Sydney and he can paint that for you in a special price I am sure. I have my own painter I trust, so all the kit is painted by someone else rather than the one Mazda dealer uses.
Rotary accent in the headrest was scratched?
Did you have an uneven scratch for a finger line scratch at each corner?
Read this and see that you think?

AlfredfrOZ 01-03-2005, 03:43 AM Rear wing and I'd definitely get Ezzy to do any paint related work for me.
The scratches are definitely not markers as they are of different lengths and curvature.
Thanks for the info BTW.
How much did the Mazdaspeed front and rear sway bars set you back if you don't mind my asking?
Thanks once again Taka.
takahashi 01-03-2005, 05:47 AM You are welcome Al
Front and rear bar is about 30000-33000 yen. So it is about 400 bucks plus the cost of shipping and getting someone to install - about another $200 via EMS by japanparts.com. So about $1000 all up. Put you off getting one? hehe :D
I will go Whiteline (ask EZZY), if you are not 100% happy - then go MazdaSpeed. I go this way since there is nothing in the market when I wanted one.
AlfredfrOZ 01-04-2005, 01:45 AM I think I'll wait till I start doing track days before spending the dough... :)
Meanwhile I'll just swwwaayyyyyy... to the music hee hee heee.
Will check out the Whitelines as recommended.
Thanks.
foxman 01-04-2005, 02:16 AM great job on your site.
takahashi 01-04-2005, 04:27 AM Thanks fox... not bad for someone who cut dead bodies up and look under an microscope for living ah ;)
Al, you have the same atitude towards modding. I put my car when it was stock to the track too! I then mod the car and went to the same track (Sandown) again - for about 3 more times :)
Now I am going to Sandown again March 10 or April 1 with oil cooler, meter to monitor temp, fan controller and semi slick. My 8 will have a cool head :)
Gibbo 01-04-2005, 02:35 PM Taka,
Great work on the site, however in the Bicycle photo in front of your house I think your lawn edges need doing :).......
......too much time on the car and not enough in the garden.
takahashi 01-04-2005, 02:47 PM LOL
Yes I never do my lawn. :) I just hate doing it. I only do it when it goes very bad or my next door neighbour complains. But everytime my dad visit my place the lawn came good.
I will get a townhouse myself soon :)
