Just a quick question for you Phoenix cats, I'm gonna be driving down there for the Insight.com Bowl game on Dec. 28 and I'm wondering about a good place to eat around Bank One Ballpark. $$$ doesn't matter I'm just looking for good quality food. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. vegas

I'm always lazy when I go to a game in Phoenix -- I always eat at the Hardrock cafe right across the street. Pretty good food and then a short stroll across the street to the game.

It depends on the type of food you are looking for; in general there are not a lot of great restaurants in phx, most are in scottsdale. However, pizzeria bianco is within walking distance of BOB and has won a james beard (one of the top food awards) for best sw chef. Kincaids is good for a chain. You're welcome to pm me as well.

if you want some good grub, go to uncle sams. theres no better way! after the game, roll up to uncle sams, knock back some hotwings, cheesesteak, and a brew! the nearest one to BOB is about 20 min away. well worth it!

Thx for the suggestions guys, Kincaids is sounding good. Plus I checked out their menu and the selection is excellent. I'll be driving down there Tuesday Dec. 28 in the morning and driving back to Vegas after the game. I know I'll get in late but I wont mind a nice drive back home in my 8. vegas
