Picked my car up from 30k km service yesterday. As usual, great treatment from Grand Prix Mazda Aspley (they drove me to and from work). I had a short list of things - difficult to trace rattle or buzz, worn finish on gear shift knob (appeared after about 20k km), that was it.
When I checked the work done, as well as replacing the shifter knob, they'd also replaced a oil level indicator thingy under warranty (there was a notification number next to it).
They were really nice about the rattle (which I reckon is just about gone), but they said if it was still there to drop in anytime and the supervisor or foreman would go out with me and track the sucker down.
Cost for the service was $186, including wheel balancing and rotation.
