my friend told me he's been seeing a lot lately and suggested we have a meet or a club. Just a thought. I've only seen one other 8 on campus, it's Ti Gray. I also saw some kids dad drop someone off.

I live down the street from COC and I have seen a lot more on SCV as well. It might be due in part to Galpin opening up a dealership there.

I am all for a meet but people seem to flake a lot. So far, Riccio, who lives about 45 minutes away, has made it to all the drives I have wanted to do. J showed up once and I have met banespirit at the gas station. Those are the only board members I have run into.

Name the time and place and I'll meet you guys.

And, I've enjoyed each and every drive we have done! When's the next? :)

We can plan a drive later in the day if that helps most. Problem is later the time, more cars on the road.

Just went on a ride with the S'Bdino group, we had a great time - but I bet we all agree it would probably have been even better if we had gone an hour earlier - less traffic, more fun.

Samsonite's drive is one where just enough people live out that way, that I believe "earlier" is better for that drive really is true. JMO.

Yea I understand. I'll try to make it on one of those days, but I won't make you guys compromise time. I'll jsut have to try and get up earlier. BTW who owns the Velocity Red 8 in Canyon Country with aftermarket wheels and really dark tint?

hey guys, i jsut got this in my So-Cal rx-club mail

B&G Suspension in San Diego is looking to fit a set of their new springs on an RX-8. The springs are free to keep for the person that helps by letting B&G fit them on the car. Their phone number is 858-935-0100 and then press 1 and ask for Mike. Tell him that Dave from Speed Machine told you to call and you are all set. This is only for the first person so call if you have some free time and want some free springs. =)

Ya, I'm down for a drive. Time doesn't really matter to much to me, provided I don't work. Just good roads would be nice. I am used to driving Colorado roads with all the corners I could handle and no traffic to think of......

However, I've only been around for 1 drive, and I had to be at work. Just let me know, and if I can be there, I will.

I'm about 5 seconds away from COC infact, I'm right next to the golf course, I would be up for a drive any time of the day!!! I got one of the only 8's at COC plus that ti-grey one. Let me know about these meets you talk of...
