im setting this up with my bmw ppl, but im trying to get as many people as i can for this meet so im going everywhere i know. i love the 8's and would love to see them come out and represent.

ok not to be a ball buster but who ever set up this meet conviently FORGOT THAT ITS XMAS SEASON!!!!

Getting into and out of the mall is hell this time of the year (trust me i work right next to the mall) My office is on Zeckendorf Blvd next to the Lotto Claim center and it was horrible last year, it has alot of us trying to find other sites to work from so we can avoid the traffic.


Not to mention that the macys Lot WILL be full. Ur better off using that Abandoned auto shop lot, but they might be packed as well.

i will try to show up, but just keep these facts in mind, and be preped for alternatives,

NOTE: if you plan on taking the meadowbrook save urself time and figure another way there. Usally during XMAS the Meadow Brook Mall exit will be backed up and it may take up to 15-20 mins to get off the highway. ESPECIALLY on a sat afternoon

oh yeah last year i do remember tryin to take Corporate Drive down into the mall.. yeah that was a dumb move took me 1 hour.

Stewart Ave might be a little easier, but the meadowbrook spills of there too , OCR not sure i just ALWAYS avoid OCR during xmas.

 

*waves* yah, i set up this meet. figures that it would be messed up somehow, if worse comes to worse we'll have to move somewhere else, but for now we'll keep it where it is.

Hmmm, BMW's and Mazda RX-8's? I agree with Shocka, a mall at this time of year is not exactly a great meet spot, however I dont think there will be snow just yet, perhaps the second half of dec.

i dont like to think of it as a class barrier, just cars that are at the top of their class in performence for your dollar. after all, we're all enthusiasts, not little school boys that get pissed when johnny down the road has a newer video game than he does.

about the time of year for the meet, i guess some of us are crazier than others and will decide wether or not to come out on a cold day. i really hope it doesnt snow or rain for the meet. of corse, i also hope its somewhere above 30 degrees. wow, maybe this really wasnt a good idea.

 

it looks like its supposed to rain on saturday so is there any interest in moving the meet to sunday? its supposed to be a few degrees warmer, sunny, and no rain.

this meet is in the maceys parking lot. if you want, anyone from here can meet infront of the tireplace and then ill go get you guys. it'll be cool to have a whole bunch of rotary cars pull up together.
