Having totally exhausted the car market and test driven most other cars that i felt could be suitable for myself and my family i choose to preorder the rx8 ,lightining yellow leather pack 6speed manual , suprised that mazda has only 20 cars on preorder both on the gold coast as well as in melbourne ,even more suprising is that lightning yellow has not been as popular colour as some of the others ,here on the goldcoast only 6 cars are being pre delivered . That suits me fine as i hate having a car that every one else has, maybe those that do not know the magic of the rotary are playing a wait and see game???

Someone's pulling your leg mate! There were 178 pre-orders by the end of Feb. It would be well more than double that by now:

I jsut order it last month and I had to wait until NOV to get the car - what do you think??? I think there is only a small number comes in each year - I think it is a good thing. I don't mind waiting, I still have fun with my integra type R
