All info can be found here (http://www.erscc.com)

Anyone who was pre-registered for the September (cancelled) event is automatically pre-registered for this event. If you should not be able to attend this event and your registration was forwarded to this one, you will simply be forwarded again to the next event. In other words, you won't lose your money :D

and for anyone else who hasn't registered...

I'm down. Just got all moved in to the new apartment, and I could use a fix. That BSP championship is in my sights Lou. Hope you and your 8 bring your A game this weekend. :p

No, they where shooing everybody back remember? He looked REALLY pissed when he got out of the car. He's gonna have one whale of a bruise on his shoulder. At least he was OK.

Dont worry about your performance on the track though. I'm sure you saw my last run where I did my best to make your spinout look good :D

Kiko, in the Blue STi lost control at the end of the track and spun a 180, then slid sideways into a tree.

it should be noted that I protested the course for being too fast 3 times, prior to the incident.

You should also know that Kiko is a National Champ and was doing well over 75MPH. Luckily the regional guys weren't as fast so we had 4 other people skid at the same place and luckily stop in the grass. The course should nver have been approved and it needed to be cleaned off (hence the several 180°s including two from me). This is the same course designer we keep having problems with

...I will be either the SSS or event chair next time around so this doesn't happen again

I'm with you alex. This course was just waaaaaay too fast and waaaaay too dirty. I've decided that if i ever get down there and see a course like that I'm not going to run. I may stay and watch for a bit, but it's not worth it to risk injury and car damage. I'm also a bit unsure about the people in charge who made the decision to let this course go. Something needs to be done or I may reconsider running at ER events. :(

I can tell you that I am definitely not running my car at Hialeah anymore. It's always sandy and the courses are generally uninteresting or unsafe. I dont care who designs the course. It's not the best of sites, and if Kiko in a AWD car lost it, I consider myself damn lucky to not have done the same when pushing it.
