How much does the factory exhaust weight?

Last I read was roughly 40lbs.

After removing it for the RB, it felt as tho it was heavier than 40 tho... possibly only the muffler unit is 40lbs maybe? The cat pipe is fairly light.

At the bottom of this thread, Fanman says the stock exhaust is about 39lbs, and a titanium one is around 9-10lbs, but he said this information was obtained from JIC's website, so who knows.
