I think i'm doing the group orders for the models. All I know is that the model will be released to coincide with the release of the real car, so they probably won't be around until late may or june. I'll keep everyone posted. When I get more news about the models I will most likely post a new topic in the lounge.

Group orders make sense to save on international postage, but as I am in the UK I'll order direct.

The 1:43 versions of the rx-8 model by auto art is already out. If you go to the auto art webpage it says the 1:43 model is out in april and if you look at the product list it says its avaliable but it has no price listed.

i just found out that fujimi, a japanese manfuacturer of plastic models, is releasing a 1/24 kit of the 8 in july. it'll likely be a curbside model (meaning no engine detail), which kinda sucks... probably run for $~20+

I've order many times from this website, though they ship in bulk orders, to keep shipping cost down. So sometimes it can take awhile to get your stuff, or a very short time. Just depends on when an order is going out.
