it's like that episode of Seinfeld when some dumb f**k with nasty BO drives Jerry's car and the BO gets stuck in there.
except in my case, the dumb f**k is my little brother and the smell is musty sweat vs. BO ...
any idea on how to remove the smell?
i tried meguiars leather cleaner/conditioner in 1 (liberally applied) ... no luck ..
i just finished using Mother's cleaner/conditioner (liberally) ... hopefully that will work.
short of knocking my brother's teeth out, any suggestions?
Thanks.

Dude, what's up with your brother?
If the above doesn't work, you might have to resort to Lysol.

the mother's products seems to have solved the 'problem' ... but it smelled normal yesterday after the meguiars stuff too ...
hopefully it worked, or i'm beating a new leather seat out of my little brother ...

Are you sure he did not leave some food, etc. in your 8?

apparently I offended some people...so I'm sorry to those who saw it and if you want the smell to go away you can take it to detailing places and for around $100 they take all smells away (not just cover them up)

Thanks for the tips - I'll try them. Sometimes when I get into my 8 on a warm day I detect the faint smell of stale cigarettes. (The dealer had it brought in from another location - I'm thinking whoever drove it the ten or fifteen miles from the other store was puffing away, the SOB). My wife says she doesn't smell cigarettes, though she smells something, and thinks it's probably just outgassing. At any rate, either it goes away after the hot air is dispelled, or I get used to it - after a few minutes I don't smell it any more.
