I want to get my windows tinted, but don't know where to go. Can anyone clue me in, preferably around the Falls Church area?

Also, is 35% all around the legal VA limit?

Thanks.

I'm looking around too... can someone recommend a good Huper or Llumar installer? How much did you guys pay?

At this point I'm not holding my breath for any answers.

I do know of a guy in Woodbridge that said he would do mine with the heat reflective tint for $150.

I think the only place around dc that does huper is in waldorf.

I think they quoted $450 for the huper optik install. Bet you could talk them down a few $ though.

they have website too.. latints.com

35% isn't really legal on ur 8, but I had in on my 8 anyway :D . I have 35% all around except of course for the windshield...
I had mine done at a local shop in Centreville. They do an excellent job! Cost me $140.

LATints in Sterling cost me $250 on my last car; they did a great job though. I'm taking my 8 in next month.

What type of tint did you get with LaTint?

I got Metalized Non-reflective on my Jetta. I'm thinking of going with the reflictive on my Silver '8.

LA Tints in Sterling is good, but a bit expensive. I had my last car done there too. But if you want 35% tint all round on your 8, they WILL NOT do it. They say it isn't legal according to VA regulation. And it isn't, but I have my done 35%, and it's been 8 months, so far no problem! :)
